Writing can help

Birth experiences are experiences that leave a lasting impression - positive as well as negative. A midwife, named Tanja Liebl, shows women who are struggling after the birth of their child, the way to deal with what they have experienced.

This is well suited for women who like to write and can thus sort out and clarify their emotional experiences. Even if you have not tried writing before, you can still try it. The instructions will help you.
Look after yourself. If you felt very alone during the birth of your child, it may be better to find a person who gives you space for your feelings, listens empathetically, asks questions and is with you.
There are therapists who are trained to deal with traumatic events. Maybe it will do you good to discuss the notes with your midwife, your partner or a good friend.
